Our vision

Retire from home maintenance. Not from life.

Meridian 55 Resort is being built by people who live in this valley, for people who intend to keep living fully in it.

The project

Why we are building this.

The Treasure Valley added tens of thousands of residents in five years while new senior housing construction fell to its lowest level since 2012. The valley's 55+ options are overwhelmingly small, care-oriented, or run by multi-state operators.

Meridian 55 is the response: 160 residences of 900–1,400 square feet on 6.56 acres off Ten Mile Road, with a genuine resort amenity program attached — two pools, spa and sauna, a fitness studio, a chef-driven bistro, pickleball, a dog park and gardens.

It is a rental community, so nobody has to sell a house to a stranger before they can move, and nobody is exposed to an HOA board. And it is maintenance-free, so the Saturday that used to belong to the gutters belongs to you again.

Architectural rendering. Illustrative only; completed community may differ.

How we intend to operate

Four commitments we are willing to be held to.

Local ownership, local accountability

The people making decisions about this community live in this valley. When something is wrong, the person who can fix it is a phone call away — not a regional director managing forty properties across six states.

Lifestyle first, not care first

Meridian 55 is independent living. It is designed for people who want their next home to expand life rather than shrink it. We do not market care services we do not provide.

Residents shape the place

The ground-floor commercial space is genuinely undecided. We are asking future residents which shops and services belong here before we sign a single tenant.

Say what is settled, and what is not

Unit counts, sizes, the amenity program and the opening window are the current plan, and we label them that way. Renderings are labelled as renderings. You should not have to guess which is which.
