The residences

Room to live beautifully.

One- and two-bedroom homes of 900 to 1,400 square feet — nearly double the space of typical 55+ rentals in this valley.

Hero image to source — Interior rendering of a living room at golden hour: real furniture scale, a book left open, doors to a patio.

The difference in square feet

A true home, not simply a suite.

Downsizing should mean less to maintain, not less to live in. Comparable 55+ rentals nearby start well under 900 square feet — some under 700. Meridian 55 starts where they finish.

That extra room is the difference between a guest bed and a guest room, between a galley and a kitchen you can cook Thanksgiving in, between storing the good china and using it.

Every plan includes a full-size washer and dryer, quartz counters, stainless appliances, a walk-in closet and a covered parking space.

Residence features

What comes standard.

Full-size washer and dryer

In every residence, in a real laundry space rather than a hallway closet.

Quartz counters, stainless appliances

Kitchens sized for actual cooking, with island seating where the plan allows.

Walk-in closets

And entry storage for the things a house used to absorb.

Abundant natural light

Window placement drawn for daylight, not just for elevation symmetry.

Covered parking

Included with every residence. No scraping windshields in January.

Maintenance handled

Exterior upkeep, appliance service and grounds are the community’s responsibility, not yours.
