Referral Program Terms

Referral rewards consist solely of waitlist priority position and invitations to community events. No cash, monetary compensation, discount of monetary value, security or investment inducement is offered or implied. Rewards are not prizes awarded by chance.

Who can participate

Anyone on the Meridian 55 Priority List may participate. Participation is free and requires no purchase or payment of any kind.

How a referral is counted

Each member receives a personal invite link containing a unique code. A referral is counted when a new person joins the Priority List using that link with an email address not already on the list. Duplicate, invalid, undeliverable, disposable or automated signups are not counted, and we may remove referrals that appear to have been generated artificially.

The rewards

• 1 referral — Founders Circle: Move up the priority list, plus your digital Founders pin.
• 3 referrals — Preview Invitation: An invitation to the private hard-hat and model-residence preview.
• 5 referrals — Side-by-Side Priority: You and a friend may request adjacent residences.
• 10 referrals — Founders Gala Seat: A reserved seat at the opening gala and the earliest floor-plan selection window.
• Top ten referrers — Founders Wall: Top ten referrers may opt in to a permanent name on the lobby Founders Wall.

Every one of these is administrative priority or access. None is cash, a gift card, a discount, a rent credit, a security, or an item of monetary value, and none is awarded by chance or by any drawing.

What priority position means

Position determines the order in which we intend to contact members as floor plans are released and selection windows open. It is an administrative courtesy. It is not a legal right to any specific residence, rate, floor, view or move-in date, it does not create a lease or an option, and it does not survive as a claim against Meridian 55 Resort if the development plan changes.

Side-by-side requests

Reaching the Side-by-Side Priority tier means you and a named friend may request adjacent residences. Whether adjacent residences can be provided depends on the final plan, construction, availability and timing. A request is not a guarantee.

Events and the Founders Wall

Event invitations are subject to venue capacity, scheduling, construction safety requirements and the event actually taking place. Placement on the lobby Founders Wall is opt-in, subject to the final design of the lobby, and may be presented differently from any concept shown on this site.

No purchase, no chance, no consideration

This program is not a sweepstakes, contest, raffle or lottery. There is no entry fee, no purchase requirement and no element of chance. We will not add a random drawing or a prize of monetary value to this program.

Not an investment inducement

Nothing in this program is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, and no reward is or represents an interest in Meridian 55 Resort or any related entity.

Fair housing

Participation in the referral program does not affect anyone's eligibility to rent. Residency is subject to the community's published 55+ policies and applicable fair-housing law, and is never determined by referral activity.

Changes and termination

Meridian 55 Resort may modify, suspend or discontinue the referral program, or change the reward tiers, at any time and for any reason. Void where prohibited. We may disqualify any participant we reasonably believe has manipulated the program, submitted false information, or acted in bad faith.

Privacy

Leaderboard display is opt-in and shows a first name and last initial only. See the Privacy Notice for how referral data is handled.
