Invitation Link Terms

Every Founding List member gets a personal invitation link. It earns you nothing, and it costs you nothing. There are no reward tiers, no points, no leaderboard, no cash, no gift cards and no prizes of any kind. Membership is identical for every member, whether they invite nobody or invite the whole neighborhood.

Why the link exists at all

Two reasons. It lets the person you invite arrive as a recommendation from someone they trust rather than as an advertisement from a stranger. And it tells us, in aggregate, whether this community is forming around real relationships — which is genuinely useful information as we plan a place whose whole premise is that people want to live near the people they like.

What we record when someone uses your link

Your link contains a short code that identifies your membership record. When someone opens it, we record that a visit came from that code. If they go on to join the Founding List, we record that their signup was attributed to you. That is the whole mechanism. We do not tell the person you invited anything about you beyond the fact that they were invited, and we do not tell you who did or did not join.

This attribution is described in our Privacy Notice, and it is used for aggregate reporting on how the list is growing. You can ask us to disconnect your link at any time by contacting us below.

Inviting people does not affect your position

Your position on the list reflects when you joined. It is not increased by inviting people, and it is not decreased by declining to. Position determines the order in which we intend to contact members as floor plans are released and selection windows open. It is an administrative courtesy. It is not a legal right to any specific residence, rate, floor, view or move-in date, it does not create a lease or an option, and it does not survive as a claim against Meridian 55 Resort if the development plan changes.

We cannot promise you neighbors

Many members join hoping to end up near friends or family, and we would like that to happen. But we do not guarantee adjacent, nearby or simultaneous residences to anyone. What is available depends on the final construction plan, on timing, and on the fair-housing rules that govern how residences are allocated. Tell us who you hope to be near when selection opens, and we will do what the plan permits.

No purchase, no chance, no consideration

This is not a sweepstakes, contest, raffle, lottery or affiliate program. There is no entry fee, no purchase requirement, no element of chance, and nothing of monetary value changes hands in either direction. We will not add a drawing, a prize or a commission to it.

Not an investment inducement

Nothing here is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security, and nothing associated with an invitation link is or represents an interest in Meridian 55 Resort or any related entity.

Fair housing

Inviting people does not affect anyone's eligibility to rent, and declining to invite anyone does not either. Residency is subject to the community's published 55+ policies and applicable fair-housing law, and is never determined by referral activity.

Misuse

Please do not post your link as spam, buy traffic to it, or submit addresses belonging to people who have not asked to hear from us. We may disconnect links that appear to be generating automated, purchased or non-consensual signups, and we may remove the resulting records.

Changes

Meridian 55 Resort may modify or discontinue invitation links at any time and for any reason. Void where prohibited.
