The project is under development

Meridian 55 Resort is in pre-development. Nothing on this website is a lease, an offer to lease, or a binding commitment. Residence designs, floor plans, square footages, unit counts, the amenity program, pricing, policies and the anticipated opening are the current development plan and are subject to change without notice.

Renderings and illustrations

Architectural renderings and images of planned spaces are illustrative and may depict features, furnishings, landscaping or finishes that differ from the completed community. Where an image depicts an unbuilt space we label it as a rendering. Do not rely on any image as a representation of what will be built.

The Priority List

Joining the Priority List is free and non-binding. It is not a lease, a lease application, a reservation of a specific residence, or a guarantee of a particular rate, availability date or position. We do not collect a deposit or payment information to join.

Your stated position is an administrative ordering we use to decide whom to contact first as floor plans are released and selection windows open. It confers no legal right to any specific residence, rate or date, and it does not survive as a claim if the development plan changes.

We may remove a record from the list where an email address cannot be verified, where a submission appears fraudulent or automated, or at the request of the person concerned.

Referrals and voting

The referral program is governed by the Referral Terms, and the Shape Your Resort ballot by the Voting Terms.

Housing for older persons and fair housing

Meridian 55 Resort intends to operate as housing for older persons under the Housing for Older Persons Act. At least 80% of occupied units are intended to have at least one resident aged 55 or older. The community will publish its 55+ policies, market itself as intended for older persons, and verify resident ages. Occupancy of the remaining units is subject to community rules, and final eligibility policies will be published before leasing opens.

No investment offer

Nothing on the public areas of this website is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security. Any offering, if made, will be made only through definitive offering documentation and in accordance with applicable law.

Third-party information

We reference third-party developments, businesses, research and statistics for context. Those projects and organizations are independent of Meridian 55 Resort, their plans may change, and nothing we say about them is a commitment on their behalf or ours. Naming a business does not mean it has agreed to anything.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of this site, submit false or automated entries, scrape the site at volume, or submit content that is unlawful, defamatory or infringing.

Intellectual property

The content, design and marks on this site belong to Meridian 55 Resort or its licensors. You may view and share pages, and print the Priority List share card, for personal non-commercial use.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

The site is provided "as is" and we make no warranty that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any information on it is complete or current. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Meridian 55 Resort is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the site.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the current version.
