How moving up works

    Five short questions. You will see your place in line as soon as you confirm your email.

  2. Get your personal link

    Every member receives an invite link of their own, ready to share by Facebook, Nextdoor, email or text.

  3. Share it

    Each person who joins through your link moves you up the list and unlocks founders-only invitations.

Every reward is priority or access. None of them is money.

We do not offer cash, gift cards, discounts of monetary value, or anything awarded by chance. What we can offer is a better place in line and a seat in rooms most people will not be in.

Referral rewards consist solely of waitlist priority position and invitations to community events. No cash, monetary compensation, discount of monetary value, security or investment inducement is offered or implied, and no reward is a prize awarded by chance. What joining does not do

Joining the Priority List is non-binding. It is not a lease, a lease application, a reservation of a specific residence, or a guarantee of a particular rate, availability date or position. There is no deposit and we do not collect payment information. Residence designs, amenities, pricing and development schedules are subject to change.
